Manner of representation

The President of the Management Board or a person designated from among the members of the management board is authorised to represent the interests of the association where there is no need to make decisions resulting in expenditure from the budget of NUTW in Międzyzdroje. To sign agreements producing financial effects, the association must be represented by two persons, including the person currently performing the duties of President of the Management Board and another person from among the members of the association’s management board. When spending amounts exceeding PLN 10,000 from the association’s budget or undertaking obligations resulting in such expenditure, the treasurer’s countersignature confirming proper management of NUTW’s budget funds in Międzyzdroje is required.
