Manner of representation

1. To make declarations of will in all matters of the association, including incurring property liabilities, the joint action of two members of the management board, including the President or Vice-President, is required. If a declaration of will involves the association incurring a liability exceeding one million złoty or the association securing a claim for repayment of such amount, the joint action of all members of the management board is required to make the declaration of will. 2. The signature of one member of the management board is sufficient for issuing certificates, diplomas and certificates of qualification, as well as for certifying documents concerning the association as true copies of the originals.
