Manner of representation

The association is represented by the Chairperson or Vice-Chairpersons of the association, or by persons authorised by the Association's Management Board. The Association's Management Board may authorise other persons to represent the association, specifying the scope of their powers. The authority to incur property liabilities on behalf of the association is vested in the Chairperson and the Vice-Chairperson acting jointly, up to the amount determined by a resolution of the Association's Management Board. The Chairperson, a Vice-Chairperson authorised by the Chairperson, or a person holding a power of attorney granted by the Chairperson is authorised to conduct legal representation.
