Manner of representation

1. To make declarations of will concerning the proprietary rights and obligations of NCZD H-IZWW and to sign agreements and obligations on its behalf, the President of the Management Board may act independently, or the Vice-President of the Management Board with written authorisation from the President of the Management Board. 2. For the validity of other letters and documents, the signature of the President of the Management Board or of a person with written authorisation from the President of the Management Board is required.
