Manner of representation

The representation of the association, including for submitting declarations of will and declarations of knowledge, signing letters and contracts, and incurring property obligations on behalf of the association, requires the joint action of two members of the management board: 1. the President with the Vice-President of the Management Board acting jointly; 2. the President or the Vice-President and another member of the management board acting jointly. In contracts between the association and a member of the management board and in disputes with such member, the association is represented by a member of the Audit Committee designated in a resolution of the Committee or by an attorney-in-fact appointed by a resolution of the General Meeting of Members.
