Manner of representation

1. The management board consists of one to three persons. 2. Members of the management board are appointed and dismissed by a declaration of will of the founder, Justyna Postępska. 3. The term of office of the management board lasts five years. 4. The repeated appointment of the same person to the management board is permitted. 5. In the case of a one-person management board, all declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made independently by the President of the Management Board. 6. In the case of a multi-member management board, declarations of will are made by two members of the management board acting jointly.
