Manner of representation

To enter into contracts, grant powers of attorney and make other declarations of will, in particular in property matters, the signatures of two members of the management board acting jointly are required if the amount of the liability exceeds 10,000 złoty (in words: ten thousand złoty) or its equivalent in a foreign currency (according to the applicable exchange rates of the National Bank of Poland). In the case of liabilities not exceeding 10,000 złoty (in words: ten thousand złoty) or its equivalent in a foreign currency (according to the applicable exchange rates of the National Bank of Poland), the signature of the President of the Management Board or the Vice-President of the Management Board acting independently is sufficient for entering into contracts, granting powers of attorney and making declarations of will.
