Manner of representation

In the case of a multi-member management board, both the President and the Vice-President of the management board acting independently are authorised with respect to the validity of declarations concerning rights and the assumption of non-property as well as property obligations. For the validity of declarations concerning rights and the assumption of property obligations exceeding PLN 150,000, joint action of at least two members of the management board is required, and for those exceeding PLN 250,000, unanimous joint action of the President and two Vice-Presidents is required. In the case of a one-person management board, the association is represented independently by the President of the Management Board.
