If the management board is multi-member, in matters of a non-property nature and in incurring obligations and disposing of rights in transactions whose value does not exceed PLN 5,000, the foundation shall be represented by each member of the management board acting independently, and above this amount by two members of the management board. For the purpose of determining the value of the disposal of a right or the incurring of an obligation on which the method of representation depends, in the case of recurring transactions or divisible performances, the value of such performances over a period of one year from the date of the first transaction shall be adopted.
