Manner of representation

The President of the volunteer fire brigade represents the volunteer fire brigade externally before local government authorities, courts and banks and directs the work of the management board. The President is the superior of all members of the volunteer fire brigade who are firefighters. Contracts, powers of attorney, financial documents, including bank cheques and transfers, are signed on behalf of the management board of the volunteer fire brigade by the President independently, or by the Vice-President (Commander) together with the treasurer.
