Manner of representation

1. Before courts, state administrative authorities, representatives of other associations and the press, the management board and the Lensky Foundation are represented by one member of the management board holding an attorney-in-fact authorisation granted by the management board for specific representation. 2. Before third parties, both natural persons and legal persons, and banks, when signing agreements and obligations, the Lensky Foundation is represented by the persons listed in the articles of association as members of the management board under joint representation, as follows: - President of the Foundation’s Management Board and Director of the Office, jointly; - President of the Foundation’s Management Board and member of the Foundation’s Management Board, jointly; - Director of the Office, member of the Foundation’s Management Board and member of the Foundation’s Management Board, jointly.
