Overview
Stowarzyszenie Gmin Geopark Świętokrzyski is an association of five communes: Chęciny, Kielce, Morawica, Nowiny and Piekoszów. It runs the Holy Cross Mountains Geopark as a UNESCO Global Geopark and promotes geotourism, nature and cultural education, and the region’s geological, natural and cultural heritage. It also organizes the Geofestival and provides routes and geosites focused on geology, culture and nature.

Manner of representation
The Chairperson of the Management Board together with the remaining members of the management board represents the association externally in non-property matters. Declarations of will on behalf of the association concerning the management of property are made by two members of the management board or by one member of the management board and a person authorized by the management board. If a legal transaction may result in the creation of financial liabilities, its effectiveness requires the countersignature of the association’s treasurer or a member of the management board authorized by him.
