Manner of representation

Each member of the management board acting independently is authorized to represent the association. For concluding agreements, including incurring liabilities up to PLN 10,000, and submitting declarations of will, particularly in property-related matters, the signature of: a) the President alone, or b) the Vice-President and one member of the management board acting jointly, is required. For granting powers of attorney, concluding agreements and incurring liabilities exceeding the aforementioned amount of PLN 10,000, and submitting other declarations of will, particularly in property-related matters, the joint signature of the President and the Vice-President or of the President and a member of the management board is required.
