Manner of representation

Each member of the association's management board is authorized to represent the association in ordinary matters independently. Ordinary representation includes: a) making declarations of will of a non-property nature; b) conducting negotiations on the terms of cooperation with interested entities; c) representing the association in the media. The President of the association is authorized to incur financial liabilities in the name and for the benefit of the association whose value does not exceed 5,000 złoty independently, or two Vice-Presidents acting jointly. To incur financial liabilities in the name and for the benefit of the association whose value exceeds 5,000 but does not exceed 20,000 złoty, the consent of two members of the management board is required. To incur financial liabilities in the name and for the benefit of the association whose value exceeds 20,000 złoty, the consent of two members of the management board supported by the consent of the General Meeting of Members expressed in a resolution is required.
