Manner of representation

1. For the validity of declarations of will, as well as all letters concerning the association’s property rights and obligations, the signature of the President of the Management Board is required, subject to paragraphs 2 and 3. 2. For obligations whose value exceeds PLN 150,000, their validity requires the joint action of two members of the management board. 3. In agreements between the association and a member of the management board and in disputes with such member, the association is represented by an attorney-in-fact appointed by a resolution of the General Meeting of Members.
