Manner of representation

To submit declarations of will on behalf of the association, the President of the Management Board jointly with one member of the management board of his choice, or the Vice-President together with any two members of the management board, is authorized. To submit declarations of will and incur property obligations on behalf of the association, joint action by the President together with another member of the management board, or by the Vice-President together with two members of the management board, is required. To incur obligations of up to PLN 1,000, the President or another member of the management board authorized by him may act independently.
