Manner of representation
Pursuant to § 7 point 1 of the partnership agreement dated 12 June 2017, each partner has the right to represent the company individually, which includes all judicial and extrajudicial acts, subject to the provisions of § 7 section 3 of the agreement, namely that the joint action of all partners is required to appoint a commercial proxy.
