Manner of representation

The following is authorized to submit declarations of will on behalf of the association, including in property matters: a) in the case of a one-person management board – the President of the Management Board independently; b) in the case of a multi-member management board – the President of the Management Board independently up to a liability amount not exceeding 100,000 złoty (one hundred thousand złoty), and above this amount – two members of the management board acting jointly. For the validity of legal transactions and the incurring of financial liabilities exceeding 100,000 złoty (one hundred thousand złoty) in the case of a one-person management board, the prior consent of the audit committee expressed in the form of a resolution is required.
