Manner of representation

The Chairperson of the Management Board together with the treasurer, or a member of the management board authorised by the Chairperson together with the treasurer, are authorised to submit declarations of will in property-related matters within the competence of the management board. For the effective submission of a declaration of will, the joint action of two members of the management board is required. In matters exceeding the ordinary scope of management of property, and in particular in matters concerning the acquisition, disposal and transfer of fixed assets, a resolution of the general meeting of members is required.
