The subject of the contract is the energy modernisation of the building of Centrum Turystyki i Promocji „Kraina Żubra” in Budy Leśne. 2. The scope of the contract includes: 1) installation of photovoltaic panels on a structure – 23 sets, with a total capacity of at least 10.12 kWp; 2) installation of a three-phase inverter with a capacity of at least 10 kW; 3) installation of an energy storage system consisting of 4 modules of at least 5.1 kWh each; 4) installation of an energy management system; 5) installation of an air-to-water heat pump with a capacity of at least 16 kW, together with a 120-litre central heating buffer tank and a 200-litre domestic hot water buffer tank. 1. The scope of work to be carried out under the contract is described in detail in the design documentation, bills of quantities and SWZ, which form an integral part of the contract. 2. The contractor declares that: 1) they have familiarised themselves in detail with the description of the subject of the contract and the contracting authority’s requirements, raise no objections concerning the subject of the contract or the conditions for its performance, and agree to bear full responsibility for the consequences of failing to identify or incorrectly identifying the conditions for contract performance to the extent foreseeable; 2) the equipment supplied and installed is brand new, complete, free from physical and legal defects and ready for use. 3. The contractor undertakes to perform the contract with due diligence, in accordance with the contracting authority’s requirements, the submitted tender and applicable regulations and standards. 4.
