Manner of representation

Authorized to make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are: 1. in the case of a one-person management board – the President of the management board acting independently; 2. in the case of a multi-member management board – two members of the management board acting jointly (the members of the management board are also understood to include the President of the management board or the Vice-President of the management board); 3. in the case of a multi-member management board, where the declaration of will involves disposing of a right or property with a value exceeding the PLN equivalent of 10,000 (ten thousand) zlotys or incurring a liability with a value exceeding the PLN equivalent of 10,000 (ten thousand) zlotys – two members of the management board acting jointly, including the President of the management board.
