In the case of a multi-member management board, declarations of will in the name and on behalf of the foundation are made independently by the President of the Management Board or the Vice-President. The remaining members of the management board who do not hold the function of President or Vice-President make declarations of will in the name and on behalf of the foundation jointly, i.e. the joint action of two members of the management board is necessary for the validity of the declaration. It is permissible for a declaration of will to be made jointly by the President of the Management Board or the Vice-President together with a member of the management board.
