Manner of representation

The partner Jacek Jasiński is authorized to represent the company in the scope of ordinary management. In matters exceeding the scope of ordinary management, the consent of the partners expressed in a unanimous resolution is required. According to the company agreement, matters exceeding the scope of ordinary management include: 1. all acts creating obligations or involving disposal with a value exceeding PLN 10,000.00 (in words: ten thousand PLN), and, in the case of periodic obligations, where the value of the obligation for its duration or for a period of one year exceeds PLN 20,000.00 (in words: twenty thousand PLN); 2. disposal of, leasing or encumbering with limited rights in rem the company's enterprise or its components; 3. entering into contracts with employees;
