Manner of representation

1. The President, or the Vice-President together with the treasurer, or members of the management board authorised by the President, are authorised to represent the association, make declarations of will and incur property and financial liabilities. 2. All letters and documents of the association, including documents of committees, etc., issued externally are signed by the President, or the Vice-President, or members of the management board authorised by the President. 3. The association’s financial documents are signed by 2 persons – the President or the Vice-President together with the treasurer, or members of the management board authorised by the President.
