Manner of representation

1. In matters concerning the employment of employees and in matters related to incurring property liabilities below PLN 5,000.00 (in words: five thousand złoty and zero grosz), declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be made independently by the President or the Vice-President. 2. In matters related to incurring property liabilities exceeding PLN 5,000.00 (in words: five thousand złoty and zero grosz), declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made by two members of the management board. 3. In non-property matters, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be made by each member of the management board independently.
