Manner of representation

The right and obligation to conduct the affairs of the company is vested in the general partner, i.e. the company under the name Senta spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością w organizacji (whose name, after registration in the Register of Entrepreneurs, will be: Senta spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością). The manner of representation of the general partner is as follows: in the case of a one-person management board, declarations of will on behalf of the company are made by a member of the management board. In the case of a management board consisting of two or more persons, joint action of two members of the management board or one member of the management board jointly with a commercial proxy is required to make declarations of will on behalf of the company; however, with regard to the company’s property rights and obligations up to the amount of PLN 2,000.00 (two thousand zloty) and non-property rights and obligations of the company, each member of the management board is authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the company independently. Currently, the members of the management board of the general partner are: Rafał Porucznik, PESEL: *********** – President of the Management Board, and Joy Das, PESEL: *********** – Vice-President of the Management Board.
