Manner of representation

1. The foundation may be represented externally by each member of the management board acting independently. 2. The following are authorised to submit declarations of will in property matters: A. In the case of a one-person management board – the President of the Management Board acting independently. The written consent of the founder is required to incur financial liabilities exceeding PLN 1,000. B. In the case of a multi-member management board – the President of the Management Board acting independently, or two members of the management board acting jointly. The written consent of the founder is required to incur financial liabilities exceeding PLN 1,000. 3. In relations between a member of the management board and the foundation, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be submitted by an attorney-in-fact authorised by a resolution of the management board.
