In matters concerning the incurring of liabilities or the encumbrance of the foundation’s assets in an amount exceeding PLN 10,000.00 in each case, the declaration of will is made independently by the one-person management board or by an attorney-in-fact, in both cases after obtaining the prior consent of the foundation council.
