Manner of representation

1. In the case of a one-person management board, the President of the Management Board makes declarations on behalf of the foundation. 2. In the case of a multi-member management board, declarations on behalf of the management board are made by the President of the Management Board independently or by two members of the management board acting jointly. In the case of a multi-member management board, declarations on behalf of the management board concerning disposition or encumbrance transactions whose value exceeds PLN 50,000 (in words: fifty thousand złoty) are made by the President of the Management Board together with a member of the management board or by two members of the management board acting jointly.
