Manner of representation

1. The validity of declarations of will in property matters requires the signature of the President or the treasurer and any other member of the management board. The President or the treasurer and any member of the management board may grant, in writing, a power of attorney to represent the association. 2. Any member of the management board or another person authorised in writing by the President or by two other members of the management board is authorised to represent the association, including in administrative or court proceedings and planning procedures, within the scope and period specified in the authorisation.
