Pursuant to Article 377(2) of the Act of 11 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793, hereinafter: PPL), the contracting authority commissions, and the contractor undertakes to perform, the service of conducting a public procurement procedure entitled: “Przebudowa budynku placówki opiekuńczo-wychowawczej w Pasłęku”. 2. The procedures are to be conducted pursuant to Article 275(1) of the PPL. 3. The contractor’s duties shall include: 1) Preparing draft procedure documentation in accordance with the provisions of the PPL (including implementing regulations) and agreeing it with the contracting authority, including: determining, in consultation with the contracting authority, the conditions to be imposed on prospective works contractors regarding experience, qualifications, financial standing, guarantees, works completion deadline, tender evaluation criteria and payment terms, 2) Drafting the terms of reference based on the contracting authority’s description of the subject matter of the contract, together with a model contract and other documents necessary to initiate the procurement procedure for supplies, 3) Conducting the public procurement procedure, 4) Submitting the required notices and overseeing their publication on the website of the procedure, 5) Drafting the contract to be concluded with the procurement contractor, 6) Documenting the procedure in accordance with the provisions of the PPL, 7) Making any necessary amendments to the terms of reference and/or changes to the contract notice.
