Manner of representation

In the case of a one-person management board, the member of the management board is entitled to represent the association independently. If the management board is multi-member, for the submission of declarations of will concerning benefits not exceeding or equal to PLN 50,000 in a single transaction, and in the case of benefits arising from periodic obligations whose total principal amounts do not exceed PLN 50,000.00 for a period of 12 months, the President of the Management Board independently or two Vice-Presidents acting jointly are authorised. For the submission of declarations of will concerning benefits exceeding PLN 50,000.00 in a single transaction, and in the case of benefits arising from periodic obligations whose total principal amounts exceed PLN 50,000.00 for a period of 12 months, two members of the management board acting jointly are authorised.
