Manner of representation

- In non-property matters, the association is represented independently by each member of the management board. - In property matters up to the amount of obligations not exceeding in total PLN 50,000 (in words: fifty thousand zloty), the association is represented independently by the President acting independently or the Vice-President acting independently. - In property matters exceeding, either once or in total, PLN 50,000 (in words: fifty thousand zloty), up to the amount of obligations not exceeding PLN 500,000 (in words: five hundred thousand zloty), the association is represented jointly by two members of the management board, including the President or Vice-President. - In property matters exceeding, either once or in total, PLN 500,000 (in words: five hundred thousand zloty), up to the amount of obligations not exceeding PLN 1,000,000 (in words: one million zloty), the association is represented jointly by three members of the management board, including the President. - In property matters exceeding, either once or in total, the amount of PLN 1,000,000 (in words: one million zloty), the association is represented jointly by four members of the management board, including the President.
