Manner of representation

1. A declaration of will on behalf of the management board in property and financial matters is submitted by two members of the management board, including the President of the association, or, if this is impossible, by the Vice-President or another member of the management board, provided that the other member of the management board must be expressly authorised by the President of the association to perform the specific act. 2. For the validity of other letters and documents, one signature is sufficient: that of the President or another member of the management board.
