Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be made by the President independently, or by two members of the foundation’s management board jointly, provided that, in the case of acts of disposal of a right or acts involving the assumption of an obligation with a value of at least PLN 3,000 gross, including with regard to the allocation of the foundation’s income, the joint action of two members of the foundation’s management board is required for the validity of declarations of will on behalf of the foundation. If the Chairperson of the Foundation Council is delegated to temporarily perform a function on the foundation’s management board, that person has the right to represent the foundation independently, including to assume obligations and dispose of rights, without restrictions, including without a monetary limit.
