Manner of representation

1. The persons authorised to represent the Union, make declarations of will and incur property and non-property obligations in the name of the Union are: a) the Chairman of the Union, or the Deputy Chairman of the Union and the Secretary of the Union acting jointly; b) other persons, within the limits specified in the authorisation granted by the Management Board of the Union. 2. Making a declaration of will in a matter exceeding the ordinary management of the Union’s assets requires the joint action of two persons, including the Chairman of the Union. 3. In matters exceeding the ordinary management of the Union’s assets, subject to section 4, a resolution of the Management Board of the Union is required. 4. In matters concerning the acquisition or disposal of real estate, a resolution of the General Meeting of the Union’s members is required.
