1) planning a physiotherapy procedure that fulfils the purpose of the referral for therapeutic rehabilitation and is consistent with that referral; 2) assessing and describing the beneficiary’s functional status before commencing physiotherapy; 3) functional examination of the musculoskeletal system or another examination necessary to establish the physiotherapy plan; 4) final assessment and description of the beneficiary’s functional status after completion of physiotherapy; 5) providing the beneficiary with recommendations on further physiotherapy; 6) registering patients in the AMMS system; 7) ongoing entry of statistical and billing data into the AMMS system; 8) maintaining medical records in electronic and paper form when services are provided at the beneficiary’s place of residence; 9) providing services in accordance with the substantive and financial plan.
