Manner of representation
1. For submitting declarations of knowledge and will on behalf of the foundation (subject to paragraph 2), including incurring property obligations, two members of the management board acting jointly are authorised. 2. In matters concerning ordinary management, including signing agreements with volunteers and incurring property obligations up to PLN 1,000 (one thousand Polish zlotys), declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be submitted independently by the President, who shall immediately inform the management board thereof.
