Manner of representation

1. Two members of the management board acting jointly are authorised to make declarations of will in the association's property matters, conclude agreements for amounts exceeding 5,000 złoty and grant powers of attorney on behalf of the association. 2. In other matters, the President or another member of the management board is authorised to represent the association following written authorisation by the management board.
