Manner of representation

The persons authorized to represent the Union are: the Chairperson of the Union or other persons within the limits of the authorization granted by the management board. Joint action of two persons is required to incur obligations in ordinary property matters: the Chairperson of the Union or a person authorized by the management board. In matters exceeding the scope of ordinary management, and in particular the acquisition, disposal, transfer and liquidation of fixed assets, a resolution of the management board is required.
