Manner of representation

1. In the case of a one-person management board, the President of the Management Board is entitled to make declarations of will and perform legal acts on behalf of the foundation independently, and in the case of a multi-member management board, the President of the Management Board or the Vice-President is entitled to do so. 2. Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation concerning the assumption of financial obligations in an amount exceeding PLN 50,000.00 (in words: fifty thousand zloty) shall be made jointly by the management board, including: a) the President–in the case of a two-person management board; b) the President and the Vice-President of the management board–in the case of a three-person or larger management board.
