Manner of representation

§ 27 1. The following is authorised to represent the association in matters other than those specified in § 28: a) each member of the management board independently; b) another person authorised in writing by the President or by two other members of the management board, for the period and within the scope specified in the authorisation. This applies in particular to administrative or court proceedings and planning procedures. § 28 1. The joint action of the President or the treasurer and any member of the management board is required for making declarations of will on behalf of the association in matters concerning property rights and obligations. 2. For making declarations of will on behalf of the association in matters concerning incurring obligations or disposing of rights with a value exceeding PLN 20,000 (in words: twenty thousand zlotys), the management board must adopt a resolution giving consent to incurring such obligation or disposing of such rights.
