Manner of representation

1. Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be made by the President independently, or jointly by two members of the management board. 2. The President may authorise a member of the management board in writing, on pain of nullity, to represent the foundation independently. This authorisation may be granted for the performance of one act or under a general authorisation. 3. The authorisation expires upon revocation of the written authorisation, on pain of nullity, or upon the authorised person ceasing to be a member of the management board.
