Manner of representation

1. In the case of a one-person management board, the President of the Management Board represents the foundation independently in all matters and, in particular, is authorised to make declarations of will in non-property and property matters regardless of the amount. 2. In the case of a multi-member management board: A) each member of the management board is authorised to make declarations of will independently in non-property matters and property matters with a value not exceeding PLN 10,000.00 (ten thousand złoty); B) in property matters with a value exceeding PLN 10,000.00 (ten thousand złoty), joint action by at least two members of the management board, with the mandatory participation of the President of the Management Board, is required.
