Manner of representation

1. The union is represented by the Chairperson or Vice-Chairpersons. 2. The Presidium may authorise other persons to represent the union, specifying the scope of their authorisation. 3. In the union organisation’s day-to-day activities, it is represented by the Chairperson, a Vice-Chairperson or persons authorised by the management board. 4. Authorisation to incur financial obligations on behalf of the union is vested in the Chairperson and a Vice-Chairperson acting jointly, up to the amount determined by a resolution of the union’s management board. 5. Authorisation to incur financial obligations is vested in the Chairperson and a Vice-Chairperson acting jointly only up to the value of the assets held by the union. 6. The Chairperson, a Vice-Chairperson or a person holding a power of attorney granted by the Chairperson or a Vice-Chairperson is authorised to perform legal representation.
