Manner of representation

The association is represented in all matters by: 1. the Chairperson of the management board; 2. in the event of the absence of or failure to elect the Chairperson of the management board, the Vice-Chairperson of the management board together with one member of the management board; 3. in the event of the absence of the Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson of the management board or failure to elect the Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson of the management board, three members of the management board. The Chairperson of the management board may: authorise a member of the management board to represent the association independently in selected matters concerning its statutory activities; with the consent of the management board, authorise a member of the association to perform specific acts in the name of the association. The following are authorised to incur property liabilities on behalf of the association: 1. the Chairperson of the management board; 2. in the event of the absence of or failure to elect the Chairperson of the management board, the Vice-Chairperson of the management board together with two members of the management board; 3. in the event of the absence of the Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson of the management board or failure to elect the Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson of the management board, three members of the management board; 4. a member of the management board authorised by the Chairperson with the consent of the management board.
