In agreements between the foundation and a member of the management board and in disputes with such member, the foundation shall be represented by all remaining members of the management board or by an attorney-in-fact appointed by those members of the management board by unanimous resolution. In the case of a one-person management board, the founder shall appoint an attorney-in-fact to represent the foundation in such acts.
