Manner of representation

1. Two members of the foundation’s management board acting jointly are authorised to represent the foundation, subject to paragraph 2. 2. In matters concerning the employment of employees and in matters related to incurring property liabilities above 10,000 (ten thousand) złoty, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation must be made by two persons, namely the President and Vice-President of the foundation. 3. The President of a branch is authorised to represent the foundation’s branches during the period of performing the function for a fixed term in accordance with the employment agreement or on the basis of the power of attorney received.
