Manner of representation

For declarations of will made in the name of the association to be effective, including declarations of will involving the disposal of a right or the incurring of an obligation with a value not exceeding PLN 20,000.00 (twenty thousand złoty), representation of the association by two members of the management board, including the President of the Management Board or the treasurer, is sufficient. In other matters, the joint action of at least three members of the management board is required, including the President of the Management Board, and in the event of his absence, the Vice-President of the Management Board, as well as the treasurer.
