Manner of representation
The President of the Management Board of the association acting independently, or the Vice-President and the treasurer acting jointly, is authorised to represent the association, make declarations and perform legal acts on behalf of the association; in special cases, the management board of the association may, by an appropriate resolution, also authorise other persons to perform these acts. The association’s financial documents are signed: independently by the President of the Management Board or jointly by the Vice-President and the treasurer, up to the amount of PLN 10,000.00; by the President and one of the two remaining members of the management board, above the amount of PLN 10.00,00.
